LCSW, MSW

Bri Kalikow, LCSW, is a clinical psychotherapist licensed in New York and Florida, and the founder of BK Therapy. She provides individual and couples therapy that is both thoughtful and results-driven, while also leading workshops and retreats that bring her clinical expertise into transformative group experiences.

Bri earned her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Columbia University and completed advanced clinical training through Harvard Medical School, the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy, and the Modern Sex Therapy Institute. She has also served as an Associate in the Human Sexuality course at Columbia’s School of Social Work.

She specializes in working with clients navigating complex emotional and relational challenges, including betrayal trauma, out-of-control sexual behavior, infidelity, developmental and attachment trauma, and parent–child enmeshment. She also supports high-functioning individuals managing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and long-standing patterns that interfere with personal and relational fulfillment.

Her approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in clinical depth. Bri creates a space where clients feel respected and understood, while also being gently guided toward meaningful change. Drawing from trauma-informed, relational, and evidence-based modalities, her work integrates neurobiological insight, attachment theory, and behavioral psychology.

Clients often describe Bri as warm, perceptive, and deeply attuned. She brings a steady, thoughtful presence to the therapeutic process, helping people move from insight to action with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
